what's with the wecommended dedicated wam guy? not sure if he's trying to be funny or if crowbcat just made fun of a special needs person
Interacting with kids.

Idk why he included the male dominated industry question, it was a good one.
i do know why though, because his audience is the exact sort of people that would laugh at it. One glance at the comments makes that clear
And it's the adults that are awkward.
At least the kids have an excuse. It's just kinda funny to see them do or say a funny thing because it reminds me of all the dumb shit I said.
But the adults have no goddamn excuse.
Hello Darkness, my old friend~![]()
Sorry for low quality. I'm not a gif maker on Sunhi_Legend's level
It's an imitation of an awkward moment from a previous minecon.
Console exclusive wishes?
What in the fuck? lol
What trolls
What is that weird dance people keep doing with their arms towards the end of the vid?
Wait, those kids specifically want console exclusive stuff? Oh boy
They'll grow out of it.
When you're talking about an industry, you're also talking about the audience. But yes, development itself is male-dominated right now, and there is progress being made to encourage women to become videogame devs.Talking industry workers vs. gamers isn't the same thing. I feel like she missed the point.

Or maybe that dude is representative of CrowbCat and his male-dominated audience (potentially pro-gamergate viewers)?Well isn't that the joke? That the camera man decided to focus on a dude who seemingly couldn't care less?
"I'm a very shy extrovert"
what? 😂
Was it about the industry? I thought it was about women being gamers. If so, her stat does in fact shut down that question.

I watched this with my niece (again) and now she won't stop dabbing. halp
I need to see the receipts on that statistic.
Honestly I think that girl had an important question to bring up and instead of it being discussed well, she got a "hey, don't worry about it" answer which is borderline insulting. I'm banking pretty hard on that lady being full of shit and that poor girl being handed that instead of actually sparking meaningful discussion.
You can't imagine that almost as many girls play games as boys? That's what you need reciepts on?

Gets you really really high...I still don't get dabbing
Yes, absolutely. If a little girl has this view, if everything in the goddamn world points to the hobby as being toxic to women, I'd be shocked out of my gourd if it's split down the middle. That girl should absolutely be worried about what it's like to be a female gamer the way things are now. Handwaving isn't doing anybody any favors.
I feel like the girl having that view in the first place is very telling.
Wow.
Is it just me or what, but the woman looks like Sweet Dee from IASIP
Okay they answered this. A lot of female gamers don't consider themselves as "gamers" despite that they do play. Unless you disagree with their definition of gamer including a mobile phone version of Sudoku (or more likely, Candy Crush) -- then perhaps you don't know many too many women.
I love to laugh at 10-year-olds, it makes me feel so superior.
Playing sudoku on your phone isn't what that girl was talking about. Nobody is worried about what it's like being a woman who plays puzzle games on your phone. that's tangential to the discussion.
Social gaming.
I don't follow.
