I usually don't like the whole superhero morals thing about killing, but it could work here as it's not just the hero going on about it, but an actual conflict between two Daredevil and Punisher.
I'm not sure about that, when he walks down the hall the suit seems to be fine, and mostly the same, but the mask is all red instead of being black on the front part.

It's only in one shot, but it's definitely new. All the straps are red, and the mask is different. Better fitting.

Definitely looking forward to this. I'm hoping the dynamic between daredevil and punisher I'll be interesting. I'm also hoping a lot of the actors have gotten better.
Also, my biggest complaint about the show us how frequently they say the words Hell's Kitchen. Do people really talk like that?

I think Daredevil > Jessica is a fairly common opinion. It isn't completely lopsided, but I'd say over 50% of people liked Daredevil the same or more.
The first eight episodes or so are some of the best action TV you will ever see. It fell apart a bit at the end, but overall its a very good show and absolutely worth watching. Kingpin is incredibly unique as well. At least watch episode 2 for the hallway scene.
Suit does look better. It's not a home run, but I doubt it ever will be.
The thematic push-and-pull about responsibility seemed to be in the right direction; it definitely feels like a natural evolution of the first season. Dialogue was a bit on the nose, but hey, it's a trailer, they always are.

It's not unlike the Hulk. It's taken a few tries to get it right.

I think it was really good, and very similar to Jessica Jones in both good and bad ways. They both had some of the better villain performances that we've seen in the MCU, but I think they both suffered from having too many episodes. DD is a lot more...I can't think of the word exactly, but when it comes to the action, it's definitely more grounded. Since Matt doesn't have super strength or anything, it really does feel like I'm constantly watching him get the shit beat out of him. It can make you grimace a bit. But the flaws are well noted. Some characters are pretty poor actors, the suit was pretty poorly received, and the last episode wasn't as great as I think the show was at its peak. Regardless, I'd watch it. I'll probably watch it again before season 2 drops.

Depends on what you're interested in. It's more of a grounded type show with a grimdark overcast. I liked the main story but it felt too stretched out, didn't care for the side stories with Foggy/Karen so much. It would have been a much better show if it was compacted to 8-10 episodes instead of 13.
