I'm considering it. I like what I'm seeing, hopefully we get some extended gameplay demos at E3.

Stealth is what's drawing me in, if it's well done and not shallow, I could see myself spending hours playing this. The shift/teleport power might make it too easy if the game and level design are built around using that power tho.

People posting things like "OMG it looks so bad" and "who the hell chose the music" clearly don't understand nuances of the german game industry. German consumers actively seek out the most poorly designed and badly presented C-list titles due to a 600-year-old curse that was laid upon the videogame market by a vengeful witch. Some domestic publishers, such as Deep Silver and Kalypso, actually sacrifice junior board members in order to curry favour with the witch's fell spirit and stave off bankruptcy.

Oh wow, that made me laugh.

Seriously though, that trailer looks amazingly bad. I don't know what's worse, the gameplay footage, the editing, or the music.

What was the pitch for this? What would happen if we make a game that's a bit like VtM Bloodlines only we make it as bland and uninteresting as possible?

Only for X360? Not for me. But I for one thought it looked interesting. Graphics and animation does not concern me.

There's a bit more nuance to it than that. It's not the fidelity but the animations, art style, level design. Everything seems utterly mediocre at best.

I don't like trashing games or unknown developers, but this game should've been released 8 years ago.

How is this essentially a reboot of that game? Different name, developers and publisher...not even developed in the same country.

Using that logic I could say that this is essentially a reboot of Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines...which is a good game.

I seriously do not know what to think of this. Badass vampire stealth action, OK I'm game. But it looks yanky, animation and gameplay wise, and the fact that I'm getting bombarded with quotes from (p)reviews on sites and magazines I've never even heard of... makes me sit back on the fence again.
