Guys, Sorcerers CAN hit players using the ring of fog with their homing spells. Just ready your homing spell and put your shield up, when the ring of fog player hits your shield he will be left wide open while your soulmass destroys him. Ring of fog is not that bad, there are worse things.

Run up the right, straight to the one on the right. The left one doesnt have line of sight on you that way.

Why would a ring of fog player hit your shield? he will just run around you and backstab you instantly.

I believe when other players kindle their bonfire, it effects your local game, if your close.

It's based on the attack power of your right hand weapon, period. I equipped my lightning spear and did less damage than with the raw damage of my axe.

Complaining about what one? The one I complained about earlier due to shit camera was before knowledge that you had to tread across lava to an area hidden from view to your right, because if you stay to fight him in the initial spot, it's complete dildos.

The complaint I had about the Bed of Chaos was not due to difficulty, I beat him first try, but about how "meh" and easy he was.

I guess I complained about Fire Sage, but because that was my third time fighting that same fucking boss in the game just now with shiny new colors.

I'll have to think about it long and hard, but I'm still not sure which of the bosses in this game has been the hardest for me. Most I have done first or 2nd try...
 
Can someone recommend me what I should use my Twinkling Titanites on? I like weapons/armors that let me remain nimble (e.g. Lightning Spear +5 and so on), but I simply can't decide what to upgrade. Preferably something that'll stick with me for a while.

Also! I'm trying to help others with Sif - is 36 too high? low?

So I guess the idea behind farming in the forest is to
get the to run after you, drop behind the stairs, and watch them fall to their deaths?

Use them on anything / everything. You can easily get TONS more by using the Crow.

They're not that bad. Just need to kill the
clams in the crystal caverns
over and over to get them.

Usually they will hit you dead on if you charge at them. Don`t just stand there and wait for them to kill you

Fact. Got destroyed this way invading earlier. He ran into the interior anor londo bonfire and put up homing missiles. As soon as I entered, pwned.
 
I need some help.

I'm in New Londo Ruins and the actual Darkwraith mobs are DESTROYING me.

I get locked into their attack rythym, and I've probably lost more health than anywhere else, they hit harder than most bosses have.

Any tips? I can kill a few but the first few you encounter are in pretty tight corners.
 
So, I'm thinking of leveling up from 45 (where I've been getting a lot of good PvP action) to 53 so I can pump int for homing soulmass.

Bad idea? Worried I'm right on the peak of PvP level range and will level myself out of it.

I fight them just like I fight the knight enemies, wait for him to attack, strafe right and backstab. You need to go slowly here to try not and get a few after you, because THAT is when it gets really hard.

I just fell through the floor at Firelink's graveyard and it took 5 minutes for me to eventually fall to my death.

Killed motherfucking Smough and Ornstein. FUCKYEAH
Without phantoms, strategy:
First I took out Ornstein. I used Iron Flesh and I spammed him with Fire Orb.
After he was dead, I switched to my lightening spear and I kept poking Smough 1-2 times every time, and after that I ran away.
I used gold trimmed robes and Pyromancer Flame / Lightening spear.
I had <25% weight so I could roll/run away easily from Smough.
 
So I'm on my new game plus and the game started randomly freezing and stuttering like crazy on me. Like it would straight up freeze for a good 5-8 seconds before it would move again. Happened like crazy during the Gargoyles fight. And it straight up hard locked up on me and I had to shut off the PS3 once. Could access the XMB half the time it happened. Couldn't went it completely froze.

Should I be concerned? Old 80GB MGS4 PS3. I've never had problems with the system since I got it.

The game itself or the PS3, GAF?

Edit: Tried out some Arkham Asylum challenge rooms after the fact on my system and it seemed to run fine.

There should be lots of activity between 40-80 really. I`m level 122 or something in NG+ and can`t connect to anybody, though.
 
after two black/blue phantoms invaded and killed me i joined forest hunter covenant, so am i safe now? (to get invaded i mean, by the ones from the covenant).
i would like to summon someone to fight the wolf.

and i got accused, what does it mean?

You broke the covenant, I suppose. Means you're not safe.
 
So, I invaded someone who had a spirit with him that looked like Big Hat Logan and he wasn't outlined in any color liked the usual spirits and he was attacking me. He might have been a black phantom?

wtf was that and how do I get one?
 
The armor selection is annoying... gold hemmed crap is too good and I hate how I look. I've found some better armor but it needs ridiculous endurance stats to get under 50% even with havel ring.

That sounds like what would happen to me in Demon's Souls near the archstone in 4-2. Sometimes I'd suicide by falling and just keep falling for awhile. I think rolling off had something to do with it, I'm not sure though since it's been awhile.

I instantly died once heading to the blacksmith near the forest, I backstabbed an enemy on the narrow area leading to him and somehow flew off to my death mid-animation. Fucking weird.

Oh those douches were tougher than the bosses themselves! But I did it after multiple tries, although I didn't go after the one on left after I knocked the right knight off the ledge. I think I may try it, there's a treasure behind him which I want to get badly! :D

I pressed R2 while 2handing the Dragon King Greataxe, did the special attack (which is fucking awesome) then bam, I fell straight through the ground. The funny part was when it said YOU DIED it showed my character floating in purgatory.

Haha, yeah, the Iron Golemn threw me off the edge once, except it didn't kill me. I could see myself running around drinking Estus Flasks and rolling. I had to use a Homeward Bone because the camera was locked.
 
God, so annoyed that the only viable option I have now for getting a Titanite Slab is from an incredibly rare drop from Darkwraiths in New London Ruins...a place that doesn't even have a bonfire so I can respawn those jerks. Sigh.

Lol Glitched Souls ~ It has its exploits but I still like it more than Demon's Souls and I fucking love that game! :)
 
Question about beating the game, no spoilers please. Do I get a chance to reload my save after the final boss and explore more, or will it automatically start over with NG+?
