That's what Alfred is there for, but I think you;re right in that they'll come with up stupid reasons for them to interact and have Gordon tell him how special he is.
 
So Alfred becomes butler man and saves the day over and over when Bruce gets into some crazy situation?

This just sounds like they're reaching for something that hasn't been explored, but doesn't need to be explored.

Nobody asked for a kids oriented Batman origins show....and I highly doubt Selina Kyle was in his life before Batman....could be wrong, as I don't know every telling of Batman's origin, but really doubt it.

Not trying to stray off topic, but since you're on the topic of name dropping, have they actually used any of the actors from the film universe in the show? Other than Coulson of course. If not... what a botched opportunity.

Yeah, they announced she'd be in it around the same time they announced Bruce, Alfred, etc being in the show too.

Jaime Alexander (Sif in Thor) is guest-starring either this week or next, I think. Samuel L Jackson was in one. Maria Hill/Cobie Smulders was in another.

This has bad idea written all over it. I think they are just throwing shit at walls to see what sticks. At least they have Arrow, but it seems to be the anomaly.
 
I hadn't heard of this prior to this topic, but not especially enthused at the prospect. I think the idea of a police Detective procedural might be interesting if there's are supervillains in the mix (nothing too extreme, but baddies like Penguin or Joker showing up might make it more distinct and interesting), but as others have said I've no desire at all to see Batman as a weepy ten year old, or Selina Kyle as a sassy streetwise urchin.

Nah, a schoolmate of mine (when we were around that age, maybe even younger) that did karate and some other shit had abs similar to those.
Though i remember being freked out by them, admittedly, also feeling like shit about myself, in the process.

It does look weird though, i don't know how mentally healtthy it is to push a kid to those lengths, perhaps is totally fine.

I never knew Fit-Shaming was a thing. Many would kill for a body like that especially in this age of SUPER-SIZE ME and sedentary lifestyles. She's not some roid monster, just fit
Genes are also a factor, there is in fact a medical condition that increases muscles growth in children making them quite buff

I honestly have no idea what her life is like but from her appearance it seems as though she doesn't ever eat ice cream or pizza like most children enjoy. That is fine in and of itself, and if she chooses to do so then by all means who am I too judge but at such a young age someone may be keeping her in check and not letting her enjoy being a child. Of course this could also be totally wrong, what the hell do I know?

Anyway this show looks like it could end up getting a lot of backlash if try to promote the Batman stuff too much in the ads.

Obviously. I absolutely despite it when parents put their children through hell for meaningless achievements that the kids don't care about and is only for inflating the parents own ego. On the other hand, junk foods should be kept in moderation and since she is part of a teen dance group (which I suppose she enjoys) it could be her own determination to keep a physique like that so that her dancing capability is not hindered. She could even be a Tomboy of sorts and wants to be like a female Stallone or Arnold

Or it could be genetics that gives her the body of Cammy from Street Fighter [Highly Likely]

This is all speculation however, I suggest we begin following her on Twitter to know the truth
