It's a fact of life that job and family often pull us in opposite directions. As regular readers of this feature know, this has proved particularly challenging for me, as I've spent the last two years commuting almost constantly between San Francisco, Seattle, New York and my home in New England. It has been a fantastic adventure, but the time has come where I need to choose one over the other … and I have to choose my family.

So, as a result, this will be the final "Minute" that I spend with you all, and my last day with Nintendo of America.

Yay time for a new Nintendo PR mouthpiece! :lol Hopefully the next one will at least be as entertaining as Perrin Kaplan was.
 
That sucks, she was the only NOA people that wasnt annoying, at least since Bill Trinen started pretending to be BFF with Reggie.
 
That's too bad, she was the most reasonable of the lot of them at NoA.

It'd be nice if they hired someone who actually played games to replace her though.
 
Nintedo's schills were never actually that entertaining, unless you like watching people awkwardly stumble through E3 presentations. Not that you can say anything better about SCE or MS, or course. "Big shout outs to Golden Axe!"

Oh man.

IGN always grills Nintendo - and for the perfect reasons - with awesome questions that the Gamers are wondering as well.

But every time, and I mean EVERY TIME, she is hit with a question regarding lack of credibility, she immediately goes on the defensive.

Instead of saying "Yeah, we should have included that feature, we'll include it next time" she instead says "well devs can do whatever they want it's their creative minds at work"

I find this to be bulls!!t. It's the same excuses over and over again and I am really getting tired of her.

It's as if she's not even a gamer, and has picked up a Wii remote all but once just so she can have her picture taken with it.

I cannot wait until she leaves, or better yet, dies. She hurts Nintendo and their fans.

I find it surprising that IGN even allows this.
 
Pack it up, Nintendo is finished! They're jumping shit cuz they know Sega will make a comeback and wipe out all 3 major consoles!
 
If anyone doesn't know who Denise Kaigler is... she made for some great interviews. I really liked her. :(

Aww Denise, you were a kind person and not someone who was pretending to be something she is not. At least she admitted that she didn't play games all the time. I hate people who pretend that they play games.

She was nice and down-to-earth. Cammie is another story...
 
Not a Howard Lincoln, but still a good PR person. Kudos to her.
 
All these Reggie photoshops are gonna give me nightmares =[

Sad that Denise is leaving... why couldn't Tammy/Cammy leave? She scares me.
