We know Blizzard and Bungie have a close relationship. Blizzard helped Bungie with design on TTK and specifically talked to them about how they improved Diablo 3 with Reaper of Souls and what lessons they took away from it.

Edit - Actually I was mistaken on the Bungie helping on Overwatch part I remembered that incorrectly. Treyarch are the ones who helped Blizzard on Overwatch
