When I was looking to buy Super Princess Peach I ended up passing on a quite a few because the price was too good to be true. There were quite a few eBay sellers from Hong Kong selling brand new copies at prices just outside the norm enough to make you notice. In short, I feel it's likely this game has been bootlegged and it looks like you got taken advantage of

OP presents case without pics for the jury to see. Case cannot faithfully be examined with no pics of proof. Must use imagination until then. This is applicable amongst various topics, i.e. Girlfriends, scandalous girlfriends, imaginary girlfriends, cheating girlfriends, Facebook girlfriends, etc. We demand proof! Lol

Shame that it really is a fake, OP, but learn from this. There's not really enough ratings for that seller in the first place, and doesn't seem to show pictures of the actual product they are selling. That should have sent of red flags immediately.

It's an E, the printing is just shitty.

Also, yeah, be careful when buying Nintendo games off ebay/amazon. It took quite a few tries before I managed to get a legit copy of Pokemon Emerald.

It's fake. It'll work ( bought some fake games years ago ) but in the end none of the games were able to save progress anymore. Contact Amazon.

This just happened to me less than a week ago. I purchased Pokemon Leaf Green from half.com and after some researching, I found out it was a fake. Apparently the GBA Pokemon games have tons of fake carts, and the one he sent to me was pretty close to the real thing.

I should have known it was fake considering the sale price (12.99), but I took the gamble anyways. After all was said and done, he ended up giving me a full refund and even paid for the return shipping.

On the bright side, I can now fully spot a fake GBA Pokemon game from a mile away.

Just an update. It turns out that when you file your claim at Amazon, the seller gets the email and is the one responding, so he saw the email I thought I was sending to Amazon detailing everything that was made this a counterfeit. Then he sends me an email asking me to send the game back to him. I don't know the laws on these things, but I really did not want any part in mailing pirated games. Even if I wasn't going to get in trouble for it, I didn't want to spend time out of my day to box the thing up and take it to the UPS store or whatever either. So, I emailed Amazon directly and told them I didn't want to deal with this guy and spend time sending him his worthless fake game back and they gave me a full refund and I don't have to do anything. Apparently the seller could also see this email and sent me another email asking me to send the game back to him again, which I'm ignoring. Anyway, I ordered another copy which is fulfilled by Amazon from a seller with a better rep with my refund.

I wouldn't bother to send it back actually if you just wanted to play the game. It does work afterall. If you wanted it for a collection or sell it again at some point...yeah, get your money back from the mofo who sold you a bootlegged copy.
