Did you ask for a refund for Cyberpunk?

Nah, I'm still enjoying the PS4Pro version, its not bug free, but I still have alot of fun playing, the frame rate is ok for me, just a few drops here and there. I need a PS5 asap anyway, think i'd enjoy it even morep on 60.

If i only had a PS4, i'd probably return it... i saw this youtube vid and the Pop in is really bad... On base Xbone it runs like a slideshow.. still looks kinda impressive for the bone though...

I kinda feel sorry about the whole mess, i bet they just could not delay any longer, besides the whole marketing campain going out of sync with the release date... Now this refunding going on, even my parents hear it on the news, and they asked me about what the deal was...
Its a PR nightmare...

It's just a perfect shitstorm, Covid, delays, bugs, slowdown... Shines a really bad light on the base versions. But honestly, I think the 4Pro version is great... Just a few bugs is all.

I didn't because i'm visiting my family for a while and when I comeback it'll hopefully be patched to fix that crash on PS5.

Nieeeet.

Playing on PC. Works very well. I have had some irritating bugs though which required a reload of the game (TAB-button stopped working, same with Shift).

No, it runs pretty good on Xbox One X. I guess the problem I have is I don't know how much better it can be for the X. I've tempered my expectations for the system and think it looks and runs fine. I've only run into two glitches that I know of (again, not sure if npcs are missing or behaving incorrectly) and zero crashes to home screen in 20 hours. I probably just jinxed myself and the game will shit the bed now.

No. Looks and runs great on Series X in Quality mode. Experienced a few glitches and bugs, but not game breaking. Had I purchased this on PS4 or even possibly my One X, would strongly consider it.

I'm on XboneX I'm going to try and clear the entire map of side stuff before moving on to anymore main stuff.
I assume I'll be done by the time I get a Series X and a next gen patch. Then I'll play the main stuff using the new console.

Nah. I got it on both X1 and PC, haven't played either version yet and don't plan on it till January, but I don't give a shit. No refund needed.

Nah, always planned on waiting for PS5 release anyway. Feeling better and better about that decision. It's gonna be a great game eventually

I imagine I wouldn't be able to as I bought the Xbox version from Cd-Keys. I wouldn't even if I could though. I'm 40+hours in and still having a great time on Series X.

basically this.

I cancelled my preorder because I was lucky enough to see footage before I picked the game up.

Granted I would have been playing the PS4 version on a PS5 which runs a bit better, but IMO the graphical fidelity and lack of crowds even on PS5 made the game look nothing like what I expected from pre-release footage, to the point where I didn't want to play it.

Holding out hope for an actual PS5 version, I can wait for the game to be finished.

No, I'm playing on One X and enjoying it. Had one crash and of course a few crazy glitches, but nothing to really hamper my enjoyment. Was there this much outrage over games that were even worse on release? I don't get why this game makes everyone freak out. It's even on the mainstream news here, it's madness.

I'm playing it on XSX in Quality mode and it has been fine. I've waited 30 years for this game; I'm not refunding it--besides, I got it for free from a Target Buy 2 Get 1 Free sale.

No, it's plays and looks so amazing on XSX. It's by far the best looking nextgen open world game today in any console. By far.
I wouldn't go that far, but it is perfectly playable on XSX.

No, I am playing PC version on good PC and apart from typical open world jank I have had no significant issues. It is by far my GOTY. I am however pissed at CDP for not making the hard decision of holding it back few more months and cancelling lastgen.

No. Been playing on PS5 and yeh, there are bugs and glitches, but it hasn't really broken my immersion, and I'm enjoying it. I would play on my pc, but since I've been WFH since March, I can't bear to spend any more time in my home office other than my 8-10 hrs of work. Purely a personal reason.

Looks and plays relatively well on PS5 though. Crashes are weird, some days a crash every 2-3 hrs, but yesterday none. Not ideal but I can live it. Nowhere near game breaking (yet) as some peeps are experiencing, which I'm not denying and I reiterrate, I'm playing on PS5 and not base consoles. The toughest challenge is the stick drift, and at times this becomes severe enough that just selecting something in menu becomes a mini game.

But for me even this isn't an issue. The issue is CDPR going on record and accepting and acknowledging that they purposefully mislead us. Their own words practically say that they 'denied' us the ability to make an informed decision. For that reason Sony are spot on (and from what I hear MS also) to give the customer a choice of a refund, should they wish to persue it.

I played the ps5 version (so the pro version essentially) for about 15 hours and got to act 2. Its fine but the city was way too empty and the res was too low. Went and played the same stretch on series x and the difference was huge. The real next gen versions are gonna be a thing to behold.

Now I am debating it, I might considering it looks and performs like a steaming turd on PS5. Those mofos should be ashamed of themselves, what a glorious way to ruin your good will you've gained through the years.

Yep. Through PayPal through GOG. I support drm free games not busted ones.

Like someone else said, I don't agree with you very often, but I agree with you 1000% on this:
Anyone who played, completed & enjoyed the game already should not be asking for a refund.

That shit is wack as fuck.

I love ya, but this shit ain't cool:
Sure, my first refund in years also. I bought PS4 version for my brother, to play on PS5 and that's already wrapped. So I guess even at this point, I still bought non-refundable copy of Cyberpunk.

After all your ranting and raving about how horrible and scummy CDPR is, you totally disgust me. Let your friend play and beat the game and then go and ask for a refund. That's scummy.
I'm giving my gameshare partner until tonight to beat it. Then I'm requesting refund

no, i'm one of the few people having a great experience on PCs. I've played it on my 1070 (~4 hours) in my desktop and 2060 (~6 hours) in my laptop and haven't run into any major issues.

Works fine on XBOX Series consoles but I feel like it's not 100% what it could be, too many bugs and issues -- requested refund and will just wait for proper optimized version. Might as well take advantage of it.

I know, I've been bad.

I pre-ordered on GOG and didn't even play one minute. Asked for a refund, and didn't get an answer...

I'm not returning the game, as it plays completely fine on my Series X. Still, after giving in to so much hype on the game beforehand...the limited character creator and inability to change how I look later on deflated much of my excitement. I also had hopes of a much more interactive city populace.

Just in general, my interest in the game dropped drastically and I'm waiting to play it later on if they improve parts of the game. I'll certainly try multiplayer if it has a more social aspect and an improved character creation.

In answer to the question in the title: No I didn't ask for a refund because I didn't buy it.

I wanted to hold out for the legit Series X version. Even though apparently the Series versions are the best versions, I want the REAL next gen version for my first playthrough. The state of he game at this time makes that resolution a whole lot easier to stick to.

No refund for me. Playing on pc. Been really enjoying it.

Shame this game didn't released as a pc exclusive. With console ports schedualed later in time. I've had no problems playing with my 1060 and graphics on ultra. Except for one bug that had chopsticks hovering out of Jackie's forehead for a whole conversation.

No because it's alright on the XSX.

It's a good game but it isn't living up to my expectations of an immersive RPG. The bugs can be fixed in a few patches but it's still going to be the same game.

It's more Far Cry meets Fallout with a bit of GTA and Deus Ex thrown in.
