Did you ask for a refund for Cyberpunk?

Can't ask for a refund for what I didn't get.

I was planning on making it a game I play over my christmas break (Im a teacher) on XSX, but it still seems like too much of a mess.
 
Bought it but hadn't had a chance to play on my PS5, requested refund, will gladly rebuy if they get it to where it needs to be (PS5/XBX/PC).
 
Yeah I did. I will wait to play it until I can get a new GPU.
It ran fine on PS5 but I'd prefer it on pc and my RX580 can't handle it.

They fucked up bad and i feel that people that want/need refunds should get it, though my backlog is so huge and i'll be playing on XSX so i am not going to bother with a refund request and just let it sit until it's properly upgraded next year.
 
Haven't bought it yet because I am waiting to build my new computer (Christmas build!). Might hold off and wait for a few patches. I have plenty of games to play.
 
Got it on PC. Was refused a refund. Game has so many issues. Cars are on rails, AI non existent, cops spawn right behind you.
Half the side quests are also unfinished.

GTA 3 was more advanced than this.

Absolutely love the game so far. I think this refund stuff is going to far.
People should know better that cross gen games usually suck on the old consoles.

I have an aging PC: i74770, DDR3 RAM, GTX 1080. I have it set to 30 fps cap on 1440 with Digital foundry settings.
Haven't had a single issue yet.
 
Canceled my pre-order on PS4 a day before and got a refund for the PC. The game is nothing special at all. I'll wait for a high sale to buy it.
 
Nop. Game runs good on PS5 and im enjoying it alot. Even with the ocasional bug here and there. ( Not much diferent than my experience with Bethesda games )

If i could only play it on my base PS4, would ask for a refund, the game on base consoles should not be sold in its current state.
 
Yea will repurchase when I get a ps5 and they patch the game. What I played was fine, but things like mods not stacking and nothing telling you they don't. Some mods not even working at all, pretty much every legendary mod. Having to jump to the menu every time I cal a vehicle, because my character gets stuck and can only strafe. Just too much broken right now to keep playing.
 
No. I have it on Stadia and it's great. I don't care that it didn't live up to the hype or that it has bugs. What's there is very fun and engaging.

I actually enjoy the meat of the game, but it's so fucking buggy and glitchy on PS5 (aside from the crashes that turned off my PS5 and had to rebuild the database) that yes, I'll wait until it's in a more polished state to return to it.

I also own a capable PC and may try it out there instead, I just don't want to play the game in low resolution or shitty framerate.
 
Nope. 40 hours in and loving it on PC. The bugs I have come across are graphical only, and not game breaking.

If someone bought this on seven year-old consoles, and they thought some revolutionary life altering experience would come. I can only do one thing. SMH.
 
Bought three copies and don't plan to refund any of them. I'm about 40 hours into it and my wife and daughter are both around the 20 hour mark.
 
Nope, I went PC version, 30+ hours in and having a blast. No crashes or game breaking bugs, just some glitchy lulz here and there.

This is not fair at all, tons of games (even open world) look and run better on consoles. Of course people didn't except anything close to ps5 or pc, but they could expect at least something much better than... this.

But even on PC the game is a mess, it's incredibly demanding and the "bugs" are really not visuals only. The worst thing being how the game has no memory at all for what's off screen, so when you don't look at stuff behind you, it gets unloaded and reloaded completely differently, meaning cars models and npcs will change when you don't look at them and look again, or even completely dissapear etc... This is completely immersion breaking and it's there even on the highest end PCs.

It's like not putting DRM on the game on GOG. People are gonna abuse it but lost won't. They're not ina great position to argue.

They have handled this badly though. People have taken their efforts to work with partners on refunds as a sign that their game is unfit for sale in an unprecedented way and it's not. It is less broken than a lot of big games. CDPR deserves credit for trying to give people their money back.

nah, playing on pc and the games rocking. I gotta say though some of the comments ive seen people make about this game just shocks me, if people get so angry and hateful over video-games, then something is really wrong.
 
Nope. I bought it on PC like a sensible person. Zero crashes after fifty hours. A tonne of bugs but when you're wrapped up in a story this good you can overlook them.
 
No. I haven't played it, either. I'll wait patiently like we would have had they waited to release it at a polished state.
 
I wish I could refund it on Steam. Those two missions from the first 48 minute "gameplay" video were the best.
It's a goddamn Potemkin village of a game. Nothing works. Fucking Valhalla has better dialogue trees and consequences. I'd rather play Deus Ex IW than this shitty attempt at a looter shooter. Any Far Cry since 3 has more engaging open world shooting and skill trees.

Now the quest tracker tells me to lean against a car and I'm uninstalling this piece of shit.
 
I don't buy games on day 1. Learned that lesson a long, long, long time ago. I'll wait until it's on sale and a majority of the bugs have been fixed.
