Honestly when it comes to attraction I'll be honest, as a whole women seem to be more mature about it than men. Of course this isn't always true by any means and I don't want to generalize, but mad respect to women because personality and charm seem to go farther than physical attributes for the most part.

The only time I've heard it used, and it made sense, was helping my Apprentice Greenkeeper friend when I was young and he would explain to me about "cutting the grass while it was moist" and "keeping it moist so the ends don't shrivel". Not once did I get a boner, either.

At the end of the day women are human just like men. They are going to like different things. Hell as a man my tastes vary from time to time don't you guys and gals?

Don't lie sometimes your feeling that girl with the large breasts. Sometimes that one with the more petite boobs is more your style. Sometimes that chubby guy is looking nice and other times that shredded guy looks good. At the end of the day like I said beauty is in the eye of the beholder and that will vary from woman to woman and man to man. You know what doesn't though? Personality. Being a good person and treating a woman right will do far more in giving you a meaningful relationship than anything else.

We are all getting older. The most ripped guy on earth will have a flabby body one day. Its far and away more important to treat your fellow human beings right than to just focus on being ripped. Is being in shape good? Fuck yeah! But focus more on your personal relationships as the right woman will love you for who you ARE more than how you appear.

I gather (as long as we're making great, sweeping generalizations about the taste of women) it seems like as long as they're reasonably fit, but not super saiyan most girls will like your body. From that study somebody posted, it shows that girls will prefer chubbier to super skinny.

That's just the physical aspect though. From experience I've seen below average dudes do really well since they're confidence/sense of humor is super on point.

To conclude, yeah, a fit body will take you up to a level with the ladies, but you gotta have the personality to match it.
