OK fair enough, But unless you are wearing skin tight, then you need to iron your clothes.

Unironed clothes make you look like a trog

Maybe if you didn't dry your jeans on high heat all the time like a filthy animal.

Know what air drying is?

Now eat those Oreos off the floor.

Do those sit below the waist? Seems so.

Ahhh that just kills me looking at it. Bending over even just slightly will make my ass crack fall out in such jeans.

No, but as a kid my mom used to iron a pleat in my jeans, it was so fucking embarassing. Eventually I just refused to wear jeans for years.

I don't even wash mine. I wear them till they break, then get new ones.

I like you

I only wash my jeans maybe every second month. So each pair of jeans gets like 4-5 washes in total, tops.

I think I can get away with this because I use real denim and have next to no downstairs sweat.

OT: Ironing jeans is for crazy people

Pretty nasty unless you wear your jeans once every few months.

For example, during the winter I wear jeans to the gym and then change into shorts to work out. Afterward I wear the jeans over my boxer briefs which are a little sweaty. Doing this 3-4 times is enough to make me wash the jeans because they'll harbor bacteria from the sweat.

The majority of the time I go out dancing, if I am wearing jeans then I'll need to wash them after one use because I sweat a lot from dancing for hours.

Only if they're gravely, deeply, sharply wrinkled. Like for whatever reason they have big-ass creases in them. I just iron those out and throw them on. Otherwise no, the minor wrinkles either don't matter because they're jeans, or they'll fall.

Precisely me. If they have terrible creases, I'll simply iron some of them out, but I'll never make them pleated.

This. I never knew wearing wrinkly jeans was a thing....

I'm assuming you take it to mean that everyone who doesn't iron their jeans are wearing awfully wrinkly ones? I almost never iron my jeans because the very few unnoticeable wrinkles they have fall out after wearing them for an hour. But if the wrinkles are terribly noticeable and enormous, I have to iron them out.

I just did my laundry last night and threw my jeans in the dryer on delicate. After 50 minutes they were perfectly dry and had not a single wrinkle.

Jeans, not pants. I iron my pants, but ironing your jeans makes no fucking sense. Just put the fuckers on. If you don't leave them on the floor for a month rolled into a ball like some kind of animal they aren't going to be a wrinkly mess.

Not that I would know >_>

those are my style of jeans, but not me - just a pic i got from google images

i wear mine just at the waist

jeans != pants

You don't iron good Denim, if you have to, you have cheap denim.

Raw or dry denim tiers are about the best thing you can have in your wardrobe, you don't really have to do much maintenance on them and they're excellent quality.

What terrible jeans would you have to buy that they need ironing? Even my cheap and nasty Primark jeans come out of the wash fine. Plus, they're jeans. Ironing them isn't going to somehow transform you from casual to smartly dressed

I haven't worn jeans in some 12 years.

I am trying to transition to wearing more chinos and pants instead of jeans but I am finding it difficult to keep it exclusively that style. I normally shop at Banana Republic, ASOS, Nordstrom Rack, GAP, and Macy's. What are your recommendations?

I'll also never be able to wear pants that sit at or above my ankle. Shit is too uncomfortable for me and I hate purposely showing my socks. Should the pants rise a little, that's one thing, but I can't have them too short. Also hate having them too long, so I'm pretty picky in this department.

Jeans don't really wrinkle, they just wear and fade.

Wait are you people putting your jeans in the fucking dryer or something? Don't do that. Just rinse them in cold water in the tub and hang them to dry.

No, because my legs take up 90% of my body. If I ironed them I'd be somewhere between Kramer and a scarecrow.

I just buy tan slacks at Wal-Mart or Amazon.
