It's not that hard? Think about it - would you raher step out of the shower with:

• 
  A) Potentially piss on the tiles/floor/you/bath/stuff in bath/whatever OR
• B) None of those things potentially splashed with piss, and with you and your shower guaranteed to be clean

Piss in the toilet. Shower in the shower. Don't mix the two in any way.

All water from your bathroom plumbing is all getting sent to water treatment for cleaning anyway. It doesn't make a difference.

People don't seem to ever make logical arguments against peeing in the shower.

The only one I know that exists is you scouldn't pee when the shower is too hot. Vaporizing and inhaling large amounts of your pee is probably not awesome. But if you pee straight into the drain that should be mostly avoided anyway.

Pee (unless you are sick) is sterile, and it also is good at treating fungal infections like athlete's foot. So yes, I pee in the shower.

That's a common misconception. Urine is not sterile. There are microbes in your urethra and that carry into urine. I assume this is also why the doctor makes you swab the head of your penis with a sterilizing cloth before collecting a urine sample.

It's just not very infectious regardless.

Nothing in your body is sterile.

pool, shower, sink, as long it's somewhere I can get away with it and there's some kind of convenience reason for me to do so I'll go for it

I know it's awful, I am gross. Luckily theses scenarios don't really come into play very often.
