When you guys say pajamas what are you talking about? I usually sleep in a tshirt and basketball shorts or pants if it's cold. I don't like have Star Wars pajamas.

Regarding the OP's question...nope, I don't wear underwear with my pajamas. The whole point of pajamas are being comfy and warm in winter and stop from getting all sheets sticky with sweat in summer.
