Happens pretty often. I often mutter under my breath when I get those spasms.

Yer, this happens to me, and it could be the stupidest thing from over a decade ago. I won't shout out or anything but I'll blush and feel really anxious, and cringy.

this exactly. it happens like 3-4 times a day and I can't find a way to make it stop. I know my wife does it too and I think it has to do with some repressed memories for her (long story) because it usually involves what happened.
