Does the witcher 3 music really annoy anyone else?

Does the witcher 3 music really annoy anyone else?

After an hour or so that standard game music really drives me up the wall, I don't mean cut scene or cinematic moments just that music which plays throughout the game on a loop!! I'm not that far in I guess just inside the first cave, but does that music ever change at all fellow gaffers???

the music is all great

but I do wish there was like, more than 1 combat theme, randomized

considering how much im hearing it 50 hours in

I actually really like it. Even the singing during combat. It's a really neat OST imo ^^

And the Priscilla song, oh my <3

No, in fact I was just telling someone how much I adored the music.

All day at work the battle theme runs through my mind.

help.. it wont stop

I like it. Shakira going ham. I wish I could find the music that plays during the Family Matters questline dialogue scenes.

I only thing I don't like about the music is the length of the songs and pauses between them. The songs (the ones when you're exploring in particular) are short and the pauses before they loop are long.

I'm annoyed by the loop as well. It's just CONSTANTLY playing and over and it's especially noticeable during length conversations.

The music is fantastic but more variety for the standard gameplay stuff would be appreciated

I really like the soundtrack but they need to fix it during dialogue, sometimes the combat music carries over and it just seems really out of place.

I love the music actually, what I don't like is how it's not really all too dynamic, say if your fighting a bunch of dudes, it fucking sucks when the music drowns out when you've almost killed everyone because to the game you've left combat, even though theres a dude shooting arrows at you 20 feet away. So the music concludes, but then starts back up again as soon as you get close enough to him, and then ends immediately afterwards.

I love the actual tracks though, just wish it flowed with gameplay more.

There is more than one blattle theme.

I noticed at least 3 from the OST that play regularly.

Silver for monsters
Steel for humans
The song of the sword dancer

Only ever really irked me in the village where you look for Henryk in Velen.

I have seen other people mention how they wish you could turn off the ambient music outside of certain scenarios.

I love these parts! Bwahaha

The music absolutely fits the atmosphere it's going for and really puts me into the vibe for adventure and exploration!

Maybe in the first 2 games, because I felt the music was a bit generic, but Witcher 3 REALLY improved in that aspect. Love the majority of the tracks, even when they don't always come on or go off when they should.

I actually woke up this morning and though "I love the Witcher 3's soundtrack", then I went downstairs to play for a few minutes. Then the baby woke up so I never played - in retrospect I should have left my PS4 in rest mode instead of powering off - but I still really like the music.

Not at all man, I love the music. I love the Crones ominous music (Ladies of the Woods) as well as one of the bar/gwent (music played at both) flute tunes.
