Depends: if the enemy team is asleep for the first 10 minutes of the game feast so you can jungle faster, but getting points into rage gives you better chances to escape if they do decide to gank you.

Personally i think he's a much better in lane.

I agree with you there, but if you're in a Single Draft or All Random situation where you have to jungle, that's what I'm talking about.

Can't wait for OMG mode to be officially supported.

okay this stream is bothering me SO MUCH

There's this guy talking and moving the camera for his amateur tournament, right? And then there's a webcam posted of this guy... but it's not the same guy, because this guy isn't even moving his hands or mouth and he looks bored out of his mind. WHO IS HE???

7% of max Hp as lifesteal and +damage that isn't an orb, and a free bkb + 80 attack speed doesn't make him a hard carry? wut? I mean, PL will beat him at 50+ minutes (usually), but N'aix is definitely a hard carry. To me he's like the new morphling (maybe not as dominant) in the sense that he is strong early game, very strong mid game, and strong late game. He's great at all phases compared to most carries.
when games are tryhard, hes the frontline demolisher. and then you have another long ranged carry whos more dps and easier to kill

He pairs really well with ranged carries, but that doesn't make him any less of a hard carry or monster dps. Two carry strat is popular for pretty much any team composition(with exceptions of course), regardless of n'aix. He has a steroid (with a bkb), an insane lifesteal/damage passive in one ability (DOESN'T EVEN TAKE UP THE ORB SPOT), and a modifier on that lifesteal (which in turn modifies his damage). That's pretty much the definition of a hard carry.

It's like saying TI2 morphling wasn't a good hard carry just because he wrecked everyone in the early + midgame and won by 40 mins. N'aix is very strong early + mid game (which is why he is "in" and one of the best trilane heroes), but that doesn't make him any less relevant at 60 minutes (which games rarely go to anyway).

Also his feast is current health not max health. I also think he's a bit underrated against PL though because rage blocks the diffusal orb. (which is the main way PL's illusions get extra damage)

How does someone go 219-32?

Just had the worst game ever. We were winning in the beginning. Myself (Silencer)and my buddy playing Sven were dominating Clock and QoP in the safe lane. But then 10-15 minutes in Viper and Enchantress started to feed Huskar again and again. Shit spiraled out of control from there.

Game ended with Husk going 32/6/7, and winning the game 25 minutes in, when we started with a massive upper hand

955 xp/min? Please.

Brandon Reinhart is going on a bug killing spree

Being fixed
- Heroes who throw cosmetics not actually throwing the cosmetic (Silencer/Huskar/Enchantress/Bounty Hunter)
- Faceless Void, Sand King and Batrider's head items not moving when they talk
- Pudge bone hook chain missing
- Sven's classic sword texture issue (hi DrKirby!)
- Shaman's set not being marked as a set for equipping
- Alchemist's crazy sword bug
- Sange and Yasha will become two items in a set (all players will get both items in a package). Store entry will become a bundle of both
- A LOD issue with Naga's new tail
- Huskar and Doom's items appearing to float when they walk

All being worked on and hoped to ship next week

wow... he's busy

also you have until tonight to have a 1/300,000 chance of getting an immortal pudge hook drop!

I don't think it's bad to have some good AoE alts even when the other team picks 5 of their own, as long as those characters can do something else like gank or push.

Here's an interesting match where this very thing occurred:

Of course, these guys were pretty stupid which also helped seeing as how we picked up the Rubick with our second pick and yet they just didn't stop bringing in the good ults.

Just had the best game ever. Everyone was so nice I could have sworn I was playing a game other than dota. It's so amazing when you're playing support and everyone on the opposing team is just focusing you.

Also, has anyone seen that bug with Beastmaster where if he's throwing axes at ancients a random spinning axe will appear in mid (on Dire's side)?
I have seen that bug numerous times. It doesn't happen just when he's throwing at ancients but usually it's a big sign that he's stacking ancients. I have ruined so many Beasmaster's day because of this bug.

How do you usually play Naix?

In mid or in one of the lanes carrying?

When he first came out I used to play him mid then leave lane to gank when opportunities were available. Made for a pretty nice early/mid game lead.
