Guys...which new sets are droppable now?
I didn't "have" to spend any money on League, I chose to. Skins are optional; everything else can be bought with Influence Points, which you earn through playing matches. I have quite a few champions, most of which I bought with IP. I have no experience with DOTA 2 and each game seems to have aspects that people love. I will more than likely just stick with LoL but don't go around spreading half-truths or omitting facts.
DOTA 2 has to have business model for revenue; what is it?

So they give you a chance to gamble with real money$35 cosmetic items...
They give you chests with a chance to get super rare items but you have to buy keys with real life money to open them...

Oops I mean there's a chance at getting the opportunity to gamble. You're 100% correcta 100% chance to gamble

I just played a Bot game where an item from the newest BH set dropped so I'm gonna go with 'Everything'.
Note the horse and the horse's armour are two different items.
Why? Heck if I know.
Do you get items and chests from bot matches?

Online coop bot matches yes
The movement speed nerf hurts his game a lot. You are mainly fodder if you don't position your self perfectly.Übermatik;49855152 said:Interested in learning Rubick - his spell steal seems amazing, if used correctly. I'm just a bit conscious of his fragility...

Just watched a few quick matches. I think you analogy is a little off. Maybe LoL is Forza and Dota is Gran Turismo. Both have some differences in execution but are pretty much the same in concept. I might still give it a shot but it really does seem that LoL has the things I like and DOTA 2 doesn't.
Damn. Have to book mark this in case anyone has the nerve to defend riot's p2p system.
Gotta brace for those e- arguments.
Played Nyx twice in a row. First time sucked but the second time went better. So fun ganking KotL and nuking fools with Dagon. He's a bit difficult to play though, since your wombo combo eats up all your mana and you can't be wreckless with your invisibility. I guess you need a lot of farm consistently to stay relevant because you can fall off so easily without enough mana.
Or convince friends that league's system isn't that great.
But I guess someone who only posts in other gaming comm forums to troll wouldn't know anything about friends, right?

Compared to Dota 2? I agree, League is miles behind.Or convince friends that league's system isn't that great.
Nah, I regularly visit (and maintain) other threads, but I sometimes am bemused by the lengths that people go to justify how their choice of leisure time is superior to others. But I guess someone who only posts in other gaming comm forums to troll wouldn't know anything about friends, right?

Played a game as Lone Druid. My microing wasnt as good as they shouldve been so Alchemist ended up carrying us more than I could. The bear was always blocking me >_>
I did do stuff like push with Radiance bear and use phase boots on him to catch enemies though.
Something I have problems with is what late game items should be on the bear and what should be on Druid. I know if the bear dies that you lose access to the items so keeeping everything on the bear is not good.
So what do I put on druid and on the bear? In the match I had basher and radiance on the bear, and Mjolnir on Druid
Personally I usually go Radiance and basher on bear, AC and heart on my druid. Usually go for a midas too.Played a game as Lone Druid. My microing wasnt as good as they shouldve been so Alchemist ended up carrying us more than I could. The bear was always blocking me >_>
