It can stack more than 3, the enemy must back to make sure that that doesn't happen, thus it's additional stacking ability gives you zoning potential.

Hmm? You can easily go beyond 3 stacks.

edit: The CD for the skill is only 3 seconds, but the duration is 8. The duration refreshes with a new application.

The duration of the debuff refreshes every time you hit with napalm, it's not independent stacks like Decay.

I'm trying to learn how to correctly jungle on most heroes. Is there a really good in depth jungling guide that anyone knows of ?

Depends on the hero and state of the game, there are no set times, except one: Ursa and Lycan will want to attempt rosh once they get Vlads (and in the case of Lycan, probably Vlads and Medallian), but only if it looks safe to do so.

I'm trying to learn how to correctly jungle on most heroes. Is there a really good in depth jungling guide that anyone knows of ?

For LS, learn how to choke-point jungle. There's a few good videos on it. A bit harder to do in DotA 2, but still pretty effective. Depending on the lanes and how they're pushing, you can take a point in Open Wounds a bit early to help gank a lane.
