All the rage at the chat ban punishment just seems hilarious to me. I've never been chat banned, my mannered friends have never been chat banned, and my friends who rage and can be douche bags in dota have never been chat banned. It's possible it's just a coincidence, but Dota/LoL/Hon are known far and wide for their terrible communities, and I'm glad Valve is trying to do something about it.
I haven't been chat banned either but it's not implemented properly. IMO you should get chat banned AFTER being sent to LP. So first you need to be reported to get into LP and if you still continue to be an ass hat you get to play LP with a chatban.
No need to fuck up the normal que with players who can't communicate properly. It's an unnecessary handicap for the rest of the team. At least in LP you know everyone in the game at least did something to warrant being there to begin with.

I haven't been chat banned either. I only talk shit to the other team though. It's mostly tongue in cheek too, but when I sense anger I'll poke a bit to throw them off their game.
Seriously, it sucks. Don't take your thick skin for granted. A breeze just came in through the window and bruised my ego.
I remember we were chatting in mumble one day and someone said, "99% of the things that are wrong with dota 2 originate from reddit complaints." I'm inclined to agree lol.

17 of us usually divide the reports into waves, so that you will get atleast a week ban.

Do you realize how many shit games there are that will never be downloaded?
To add to this, I feel team morale is just as much a resource as level and experience. I think a lot of players have a very self-centered perspective when they come into the game and it'll colour their language and the way they deal with their teammates in the face of adversity. This often creates a negative feedback loop where the situation is made worse instead of better.
I generally queue with friends so it's not an issue, but I've lost count of the number of games we won early because the enemies brought their drama to all chat. I always find those entertaining.

Dendi: You can't lose or win in mid lane in nowadays in Dota2. Everything depends on your line up and team strategies. But you can always do good or bad with your task. I think that people should praise the teams and not the players. Team who work better together, their players will be ahead. You can't doubt the fact that all top teams have skilled players.

You can't play with complete idiots for teammates, it just doesn't work.
I pick Shadow Fiend first (RD), and then the guy that is Tusk BEFORE IT'S EVEN HIS TURN TO PICK he says he's going mid. Keep in mind I have already picked Shadow Fiend. Dumbass picks Tusk, then refuses to leave mid. I report his ass and just go bot. Then a few minutes later Jugg comes down there and tells me to go top, where I can no longer get farm. Jugg is later on taking all the camps, I can't get the farm or ganks I would have gotten anymore if I was mid in the first place. Tusk did well early game, but of course it was fucking thrown. Maybe if we had a snowball-like stun top with Shadow Shaman we could have shut AM down, but no, Tusk just absolutely had to go mid and not anywhere else despite me picking Shadow Fiend first. Fucking jackass.
That Tusk mid completely fucked our lanes. Now we have Jugg, who should be farming on top, me bot and now we have little to shut down AM with top. It's fucking mindboggling how stupid pubs can be sometimes.

NP can get a lot of gpm if he jungles initially, gets an early midas, rushes aghanims and then gets refresher. Hits ult when lanes are full of creeps. He'll never get as much gpm as alch or am under ideal situations.
Wouldn't really recommend aghs or refresher in a serious game... Sheep is usually the superior choice after midas. Orchids, maelstrom or necrobook are pretty good. Also spamming his ult is almost never effective, best saved to setup ganks (you ult the opposite side of the map of the target you want, hopefully it will bounce to that target last for some pretty good damage), or for team fights.

You and your friends have never done this because you can't report as a spec. Unless you and your 17 friends get him in a game.
I thought spectators use to be able to report but they took it away cause people were abusing it.
