That's what I'm thinking Brazil->BR->Bromine->35. I don't know if that will work for every country though

1 for each flag (15) & 5 results from the list of sums?

maybe the sums will give u a sequence and those midi numbers played in order will result to another country (if u know their anthem)

Midi's are odd. For example 4 and 5 have the same exact notes, only the "drum" order is different. I don't think they are anthems. My guess is that play order is based on solving the flag puzzle.
