And as has been pointed out before N. Korea is no one's fault. . .no one's known what to do with them since Kim Jong-Il came to power. He's made nuclear claims for years that have made people hesitant, and it's always appeared that the best strategy was the "Castro" one: Wait til he's dead and it will all fall apart. In all honesty, that's probably still the best strategy.

How would North Korea attack either of those places? Even at the highest ends of theory, the furthest NK can hit is the west coast, and it's unlikely they can do that with any accuracy.

Now Japan, that's another story.
