E3 2016: Capcom GAF it's time to place your bets

All I want (and will not get) is a new Mega Man game. 11, X9, Legends 3, ZX 3, a Battle Network/Star Force revival... I'd happily take (but again, will not get) any of them. :(
 
DMC5 and RE7 has to be announced this year for the very least. While I bet it wont happen at E3, i suspect TGS as Capcom has more of an audience there.

Maybe Capcom announces some Xbox 360 BC support.

I want everything but am expecting nothing. However RE will be there, dunno if it'll be 7 but a new RE game for this 25th anniversary is a shoe-in.

Dino Crisis would make this the best E3 though.

DR3 released in 2013, and Capcom Vancouver have been hiring. Last thing I know they hired a narrative designer. I'd say DR4 is more likely than unlikely.

But really it's just then going to show off Monster hunter X for the 3ds at Nintendo's conference. Maybe announce a NX port of monster hunter X HD or some shit

I hope they announce RE7. But thats hoping too much

I think we will get Mega Man for sure this year, even if its just another Collection (X series).

Capcom saw interest in the IP with the Legacy Collection, so I strongly doubt they will continue to ignore the IP any longer. More so with a Cartoon and a major game in the works next year :D.

An infinite runner with a lot of micro transactions

Coming this Summer!
 
When was the last big announcement they had at E3? I expect nothing every year and they still manage to disappoint me.

At this point they're a street fighter/monster hunter company to me. They seem to tie their fighter announcements to tournament events and MH is still mostly Japan focused. I'd like to see MH Stories confirmed for NA but if anything that'll be during the nintendo direct. I don't expect the next mainline MH anytime soon but that's going to be exciting news when it happens especially because of the NX. And of course there's the possibility of the series going to other systems, maybe then we'll be able to have MH news threads that aren't just port begging.

There's been plenty of rumbling about DMC5, and RE7 has to happen soon because Capcom needs the money. But allow me to direct you to the first part of my post.

Capcom hasn't done big E3 announcements in ages. DR3 at Microsoft's press conference in 2013 was the last time, I believe. DmC was TGS, RE6 was a random tuesday, SF5 was intended for PSX, RE2make was also a random tuesday.

But they have been getting closer and closer to Sony, with SF5, and the PS4 port of USF4 and the Vita port of Rev 2 being done by Sony. They had a spot unrelated to SF5 during Sony's press conference at TGS, talking about RE's 20th anniversary. I expect we'll see them do some kind of announcement at Sony's press conference, even if it's just RE7.

There will be no apology edition coming. Only apology DLC.
 
Would love to see some classic fighters released on Steam (and current gen consoles). Would of thought that would have been free money, especially as Arcsys seem to be doing exactly that.

What I want: New Monster Hunter for PS4, Xbox One and NX. Cross play between all the platforms.

What I will get: Yet another Handheld MH game with cries of "It only sells on handhelds!"
 
I'd expect to see Vancouver's new game, with gameplay, it's been a while. Hoping it's Dead Rising 4, but I'll be interested if it's a new IP too.
 
I would love to see a RE2Remake or a RE7 teaser. Capcom making all the right shots lately makes me hope that both will turn out great.

And Dino Crisis.... lol, it's dead folks.

-Resident Evil Outbreak HD.
-Something Moster Hunter.
-No Devil May Cry.
-New HD remaster (Onimusha?).
-No new Mega Man.
-Dead Rising 4 or something new from that studio.
-Deep Down deeply changed.
 
I'm surprised that no one has talked about Revelations 3 yet, the second one was so good and it preformed well.

E3 seems like a good place to announce the third one for early 2017.

Ports,remasters,Resident Evil corps launch trailer,DLC for SF5,re-reveal of a very downgraded Deep Down.

What i'm not expecting:
RE7
RE2 Remake
DMC5
Dragon's Dogma 2
a new Onimusha (lol)
a new Dino Crisis (lol)
a new Breath of Fire (lololol)
 
I wouldn't mind some new IP's, along with some fun, small, experimental games.

You can make a lot with very little, you know?

Seems way too early with Rev 2 last year.
 
RE7 announced at either Sony or MS' conferences.

Monster Hunter Stories localization confirmed at the Nintendo Direct.

That's about all I'd be willing to make a serious bet about. DMC5 or "new age" MegaMan will get a tease, at best, with full reveals toward the end of the year.
