Ok I've made the decision to start a holding company and I am starting off my future empire by creating two entirely independent corporate subsidiaries. The only problem is I am kind of confused about how to go about that process. I don't know if it would be the same as creating a corporate entity as a sole owner who is an actual person. I looked it up everywhere but I just found information on what a corporate subsidiary is and not how to start one. Anyone have any info on the subject?
