For a PSN Black Friday sale, that is a fairly underwhelming selection unfortunately.
Eh, I dunno. There's really nothing there that makes me go "YES, I WANT THAT!" Might bite on Tales from the Borderlands, but what I played of the first episode almost sent me to sleep. Guess I should complete it and see where I stand from there. I also want to check out King's Quest, but that price drop is still too dang expensive.

Thats what i did.
Borderlands gets really good imo, i just finished Episode 4 yesterday and thought it was fantastic. Couldn't stop laughing at one scene.
And don't get Kings Quest lol, the first Episode is free on Plus next month, give it a try that way to see if it's for you.

Grim Fandango is available for under £5? I'll get that. I said earlier there was nothing for me, but when i scrolled through the PSN list this didn't appear, and it's not on the blog either. Any other games that have been discounted but don't appear in the Black Friday PSN section or on the PS Blog?

I think all versions of FF X/X-2 HD Remaster. Maybe.
PS4 version was £39.99. Now £20.00.

I think it's a great starting point. Better than 3, which is a natural (if a bit unneeded) sequel to the first 2.
4 is better and a great entry point, I'd argue you could play it without even watching the recap movies.

I have the Vita version and there's no way I paid full price for that. So... maybe not first time on sale? You're getting a lot of game for £20, regardless. I'd go for it if you've been waiting on it for a long time.

On my phone, I can access the store to add funds via CC, but it won't accept my card anymore (that annoying bug). I'll delete and try again.

This is hilarious. A year and a half after I bought the PS3 version on PSN at launch, it's barely any cheaper on PS4 during a "sale". Ahahaha
No idea. Try a different browser maybe? Or off your phone via the App?

I have the Vita version as well. I bought it last time it was on sale. From impressions, the PS4 version is well worth the price, with the original soundtrack alone.
I've played 3 & 4 on PC and can safely say they are great games. The demo is very limiting on what you can and can't do. I would strongly recommend it if you seen some enjoyment out of the demo, especially for that price

Ugh, how bothersome. Like, I am no terribly bothered by moving games I'm not playing to my computer via CMA, but it sure would be nice to be able to hold them all.

And it will keep saying that until the next day (at least for me, because it usually goes away after midnight).
No such problem when you buy stuff from console itself.

Yes, it is. It does not include DLC released after that edition is out, but it's still quite a ton of weapons, gadgets (including vehicles and mecha IIRC) perks and outfits.
I'm considering Curry God and Atelier Totori myself. Opinions? Never played an Atelier game, should I get Totori or wait for a discount for any of the others?

Kinda annoying when you don't have the console to buy the stuff though. I tried checking if I could buy the Vita games from my PS4 but doesn't work, it only shows cross platform stuff.
You should give the Witcher a try. If you're in the UK you'll be able to get a refund within a week or two under new legislation if you don't like it.
The only caveat is that The Witcher 3 needs a good few hours' session to begin with. Put aside 3-4 hours for your first go. It's a beautiful, massive, important game. Imagine a Game of Thrones or Lord of the Rings but you are this one badass loner monster hunter roaming Westeros/Middle Earth doing his own thing, fuck everyone else. It is fucking great. (The world/story is nothing like LotR though, much more grounded, intense and badass.)
BLOPS3 is probably great fun, and I think the multiplayer is very active. If you're talking about MW3, I don't know - but probably.
You getting the PSN Error that doesn't let you buy shit?
Get a PSN wallet code from Amazon or CDKeys.com. Just as fast.
PSN will take up to a week to fix this issue for you, and in that time you need to not touch the Account Management systems at all.
Edit: looks like this isn't your issue, sorry, ignore me.
It looks good, but uses the touchscreen and -back. It plays better on a PS4, but it is suffient.
