I'd say like 95% of my steam games( well games period because I've barely bought anything for PS5 or Switch recently) are bought off CDKeys and Fanatical. I don't bother with keeping a wishlist on the Steam app now unless its an Indies game not available on those reseller storefronts.

They moved the big Holiday sale into December this year. I think it starts the week before Christmas? Should have many more games on sale.

You changed your name!!! Sorry I'm late to the party on that. Congrats! Lost Crown is a very competent metroidvania. I had it for PS5 and really enjoyed it until life pulled me away from it. Always told myself I'd restart it and finish it. For $12 I don't think you'll be disappointed if you like metroidvanias.
