Do you let them thaw at all?
Was the black goo different than the sparkly green goo?
I don't know exactly what it is but Its happened to me with other frozen foods.
Its likely a type of mold. It is a big sign that your frozen food is expired and you should absolutely throw it out rather than trying to figure out a way around it so you can eat it.
Black anything coming out of food is a solid NOPE.
Blood should be red tbh.
Think it's blood or marrow coming out of the bones.

It's blood.
When raw it's red, when cooked it goes dark. Think black pudding.
its not black goo. its just the sauce on the wings burning.
Maybe I'll have better results...
Dark but not black? When I read "black goo" I think pitch black lol.
Gonna try grilling some tonight. Maybe I'll have better results...
Mix the sriracha with a stick of butter. Your welcome.I sauce my wings post cooking, bro.

Also, buy fresh. Is going to the market every few days that bad?
Let them thaw a bit brah. I make my own hot wings all the time, let them hoes thaw a bit and then deep fry them.
You have to thaw frozen wings if you are grilling. Or there will be grease fires and it'll be very unevenly cooked. Will do tonight
Ok grilling tonight. Will see if it makes a difference.
Will provide pics
