Chrome did fix a lot of my problems with Twitch; it's still inconsistent, but it's not AS bad as before. Also having a lot of success with the 360 app.

Try giving the processes high priority. Just be paranoid and try and remove all unnecessary things running on your computer.

Yes drive is the green one. There is also the bar with the orange meter. Your first char gets up to 3, 2nd char 4, and 3rd char 5 bars. While in HD mode, your neomax will cost 2 bars. So it's preferred to end your HD combos with a neomax for optimal meter usage and damage.

CVS2 tourneys are painful. You can have half the entrants as any other game and it will still take longer than anything else most of the time.

Yes. Also, you saw that roll Kyo did out of a combo, cancelling his block stun and escaping Mr. Karate's pressure? That cost a bar, too.

So there's plenty of meter management you can use for offense and defense,but it still works on a lot of SF fundamentals.
