He said it had something to do with licensing, so I imagine certain stages getting cut for that reason. Namely, the Pac-Man, Megaman, and Sonic stages.
Had it muted at the time since his audio is echoing and getting annoying.
I'll welcome custom moves, not so much equipment.
Actually, last year they said the same thing about Melee having to fit within the "license" agreements with Nintendo and the rule set was exactly the same as the community wanted. I doubt what Wizard said means Nintendo determines the rule set at all. People had this same worry at first but then those worries were quelled when the rule set was published and it was the same as APEX 2014's.
They're more than likely going to base it off of APEX 2015's rule set which means 2 stocks 6 minutes and whatever stages were legal.

Nope. Trinen knows competitive Melee and Sm4sh, Nintendo is simply enforcing licensing issues with stages that include 3rd party IPs.
