Fanboys: If you could copy one feature from the rival console...

Yeah, rumble in the triggers seems pretty cool. That's about it, I think. Don't really care about HDMI in and all that jazz (don't even have a cable box).

I wish all consoles would be as radically different as the N64 and ps1 were. Why the fuck would I want three similar competitors on the market...

Three? I'll give you PS4 and XBO, for sure, but the Wii U is pretty damn different from them in most ways.

From the Wii U I'd take the Gamepad. I love sitting in my bed playing games.

From the Xbone I'd take the new Kinect. The tech looks fantastic. Everything the first Kinect should have been.

From the PS4 I'd take the 8GB of GDDR5 RAM. Better than the RAM I can get for my PC.

Not sure which ones I'll get first so...

For the PS4 - The Xbone controller
For the Xbone- The PS4 power
For the 3DS - The Vita screen
For the Vita - The 3DS game support

Microsoft:

- Remove the XBL pay wall for services like Netflix.
- Make me feel like a privileged XBL Gold member (PSN+ similar giveaways and discounts).

Very difficult to say without actually using both systems. For the PS4, I hope their OS/Store/Downloads, etc work better and smoother than last gen, and that includes abominations like download, then install. And asymmetrical sticks.

For the XBone, I'd take the memory, the indie friendly attitude, and the removal of apps from behind the paywall.

For the PS4: The XB180's case size, assuming that the larger fan will be quieter
For the Wii U and 3DS: Sony's unified account system

Wii U: Top end PC Power
PC: Wii U like controller with support across most games
PS4 + XBone: Split controller design like Wii, but with more buttons and analog sticks. It's super comfortable.

Ignoring the fanboy thing, Vita's screen on the Wii U Gamepad, I think. And I hope I don't have to wish for the lack of lag of the Wii U Gamepad on PS4->Vita remote play.

Hardware: Force feedback triggers. Software: Halo 5. I'm still assuming titanfall is a timed exclusive. I'm actually looking forward to it after reading the GI feature and seeing it's more like L4D in the way it tries to tell some story too.

I'd like remote play like on wii u working laglessly on pc, I'm not a fanboy though.
I'd have gladly bought a wii U if it wasn't overpriced and the OS wasn't such a mess and the games weren't 720p. (scaling on an lcd tv is a nono)

XBOne - $399 option (PS4), indie friendliness (both)
WiiU - Heterogeneous x86 architecture (both)
PS4 - better d-pad (both)
PC - Crimson Dragon (XBOne)

From a rival's console - nothing besides some IPs. Which can't happen.
From PCs to consoles - a shitload of stuff.
