is this game any good? crap or not, at that price if my PS2 were modded, i'd import. :'(

I saw my girlfriend play it some, looks like more of the same. I hear it's not quite as good as the first two, but basically if you're a Fatal Frame fan it's good.

In terms of mood, atmosphere and storyline is the best FF yet.

But the gameplay is broken. There is some MAJOR backtracking in the game, the controls are as slow as before, and it overall feels like a complete rehash.

At that price I would say yeah why not?. Take this from someone who payed the full price for it. I would not recommend it even at 29.99...
