FWIW KOF XV gameplay is excellent. Graphically it's passable but compared to Street Fighter V, Guilty Gear, Mortal Kombat etc it lacks identity and style. What makes matters worse is that most professional gameplay is played on the plain old training stage. It's just not the same budget. Regardless though - gameplay is still awesome.

The Fatal Fury graphics have the Shinkiro art over it, look at the lighting. Its more pronounced than in KOF XV.

Looks fine (as do the latest SamSho & KOF games) but yeah, has no chance of doing so great. Would have been nice to see a final 2D hurrah or something to make it immortal & special, otherwise Mark of the Wolves will remain that even for super fans. Or just give up and give the job to ArcSys
