Don't know about you all, but I really enjoy Coin Song from Final Fantasy VI.

And Zora's Domain from Ocarina of Time kicks arse if you want to chill out.

And I knew there was another thread, like there is 5 or so every year about the best game soundtracks, but this one was more refined!

I only own a few soundtracks, but FFT has a soft spot with me. I always listen to it this time of year, around Christmas for some reason. Only a few of the 71 tracks that I'll occasionally skip over.

I couldn't post a specific track if I had to, there are too many on there.

As far as single tracks go though, Brinstar (Super Metroid) comes to mind.

Castlevania - Third level with the Mummy Bosses.

Metriod and Zelda.

Those were such depressing songs and they fit perfectly with your lone, isolated hero.

I'm a fan of Yuzo Koshiro's Gensis work, from Revenge of Shinobi and Streets of Rage.

Here's my favorite Shinobi track, in midi form.

Also, all of the Panzer Dragoon trilogy (especially the first and third), Lunar Eternal Blue on the Sega CD and Shenmue (okay game, amazing music).

Halo and Halo 2 have truly incredible music.

The water music from DKC 1, and the water tune from Mario 64.

Lately... Fable music comes to mind. Kameo's music is EXCELLENT. hitman.

Sonic - amazing what they did with that genesis processor

Yuzo Koshiro - the mans a legend

Warcraft - Jason Hayes is the man , know this, so that includes some starcraft too.

Castlevania - probably the best of them all

Zelda - the main theme will always have a special spot with me

Daytona USA - you knew this already
