Pokemon Sun/Moon had a phenomenal OST so it's really hard to pick one, but I think Kahuna Battle is my favourite.
Everyone shat on it last time someone posted it, but Guzma's theme is also incredible.

There were a lot of fantastic tracks this year, even if I think 2015 was a far better year for soundtracks. That having been said, Final Fantasy XV and The Last Guardian are both masterpiece soundtracks. I don't count Persona 5, but if I did, it'd have at minimum 5 out of 5 of the best tracks of the year.
