I rented and beat the first one for the 360. It's a pretty fun game, despite the repetitive level design. Knew there would be a sequel once I saw the ending.

But I really want Monolith to make a new NOLF game. That seems like an impossibility though.

I remember reading somewhere that there wouldnt be a direct sequel, but a "spiritual successor." Something about Monolith not having the license for "F.E.A.R"

They lost the rights to the name, but retained ownership of the universe and characters. It won't be a spiritual successor, but a real sequel, it just won't be called F.E.A.R. 2.

Perhaps S.C.A.R.Y. or F.R.I.G.H.T.E.N.I.N.G. :lol
