Yeah, it's nice to have different opinions in a review, but when they vary this much and the writers only give a short paragraph defending their score, this system is pretty much useless.

For PDZ, the 6.5 is probably Hsu and the 9 from Che.

I'm not surprised by the Electroplankton scores. It's fun to play around with, but there really isn't enough to do to justify the cost.

Definitly worth getting for $10, maybe $15. I payed something like 3800 yen for my copy and wouldn't recommend it for that price (even if it came in a shiny box with spiffy headphones).

I always love how people get confused or upset at review disparities. WTF is the point of having multiple reviewers if they all give the same scores? It's probably pretty accurate that at least 1/3rd of people think PDZ is a piece of shit, so I don't see the problem.

Ive always preferred EGM's multi-review format. If anything its the most helpful to the reader since chances are one persons analysis may gloss over an aspect to a game (good or bad) you'd personally find important. Nature of the subjective beast. Granted I always wished EGM added more room to expound in (bring back those feature reviews!), but they're usually pretty concise and able to get their point across at least.
