I hope they release Fat Princess tomorrow too seeing that it is rated as well.

I don't really need FF VII on my PS4, when I got it on PC already and likely with a fan translation.
 
Did they do anything to it besides adding trophies?
I never played the pc version, so I don't know how that one is different either. I'm curious to what's different compared to the PSone Classic.
 
Do straight up ports really need to go through the process of being resubmitted for rating? Seems like a waste of time/resources. Couldn't they just send a letter to PEGI saying "I promise that we didn't slip in any dicks, and you may give me 100 lashes if I'm lying."
 
The greatest game of all time with trophy support is just another reason to play it again.

Just don't price it at a silly amount.

I like how we all checking the rating boards reguarly. Hungry for them leaks.

But this was to be expected to be available tomorrow. Same goes for Yakuza 5.
 
Yeah, FFVII and Nuclear Throne had their trophies up this week too. They're totally coming tomorrow.

There's also a trophy list for a Bit Trip collection. I wouldn't be too surprised if it was announced and released too (never heard of this PS4/Vita collection).

That's a huge improvement in my opinion, in theory at least, in practise it might be terrible but I much prefer this style.
 
I would love it if they added something to this port, a teaser for the remake or something, unlocked at the end of the game. There must be a reason this thing has been delayed for nearly a year.

I'd like an (optional) 16:9 mode, not stretched but cropped vertically like RE:HD does it. Battles can be native 16:9 anyway since they're 3D.

The backgrounds will look like crap anyway on my 60" TV, so at least let it look like crap in proper aspect ratio.
 
Honest question: why is everyone excited about this? The PC port is pretty poor without any modding. Battles run at 15 FPS (no kidding) instead of the usual 30 in the PSX version. Or is Square-Enix fixing the issue present in that version for PS4?

Well there's a chance that it will be better than the PC port. The thing is, we don't know anything about it yet.
