That LE seems exactly like the EU Dissidia one we got. Its a flip up cardboard box (a strong box) and had pretty much the exact stuff listed in the FF13 one.

It had a 5 (?) track mini disc of the soundtrack, and a hard back art book with some "post cards"

It was pretty neat i thought.

Lately, limited editions have been pretty redundant... and stores end up with a bunch extra they can't sell at regular price. Perhaps S-E USA just wants to keep their losses to a minimum.

I wish the CE had a box art similar to FFXII's. It wasn't the plain white, but still simplified and without CG character models.

But considering there hasn't been any info on a NA Collector's Edition, maybe I shouldn't even worry.

With all this game credit I'm going to end up getting WKC for $12, FFXIII for $15, and Resonance of Fate for $26.

I'm kind of glad NA isn't getting a LE, it's extra money I don't have to waste.

Bummer on the CE edition, although I think CEs just don't sell as well in NA. I was in Gamestop just last night and picked up the collector's edition of Assassin's Creed II. There were several left and the guy there said he hadn't sold even one. And that's a pretty good CE.

As long as there are some decent pre-order bonuses, I think I'll be ok. Disappointed, but ok.

Yeah it is usually applied to all orders that were placed before the bonus showed up. If it doesnt appear within the time frame that the deal says, usually after a simple email they will credit it to your account.

Just get the game and import the full OST. It'll equal out to the same price as a CE with not even the full soundtrack included in it.

I really want that CE not for the bonuses that it gives, but for the better cover. Considering that the cover is just lightning I kinda wish they had alternate covers for the different main characters.
