Fire Emblem Fates coming to Europe on May 20th

This isn't looking good, GAME order still hasn't shipped. Probably won't get it tomorrow now, too late in the day.
I'm beginning to wonder if they've taken too many orders and don't actually have enough stock.
 
It says shipping today on the order, but on the tracking page it says will dispatch on 21 may.

Not sure what to think of this amazon... Maybe the tracker hasn't been updated yet, either way it's coming!

That's correct, only the limited edition comes with all three versions on one card, nothing to download. While Revelations can be played straight away for those that purchased the limited edition, everyone else has to wait until June to be able to purchase it as DLC (which is not a big deal since there is enough content to play through in the meantime)
There is also additional DLC (further map packs like with awakening) releasing over the next few weeks/ months.

That's awesome, thanks for the info! I was under the impression that I would have to wait for Revelations like everybody else and download it later on :-)

Here's hoping that my LE will actually be shipped and is still available :-/
 
No news from my Thalia order at all (as some in here prophesised), and my in-store order at Media Markt hasn't arrived either.

:-(
 
My Fire Emblem Fates New 3DS XL console arrived from Nintendo (it's so pretty!), but no movement on my order at all from Game. Very worrying. I went to great efforts to stretch Uncharted 4 out, just finishing it today, so I could jump straight into Fire Emblem.
 
my game order is still unshipped. there is a chance that if it ships today I could get it tomorrow but I'm not holding my breath. I just hope they have taken more orders that they have stock.

My Amazon.de order still hasn't been shipped.
Although I wouldn't get it before the weekend at any rate, so I suppose it won't make much of a difference in the end.
 
Got mine and the plates.
Now I guess I just wasn't paying attention but the cover plates, SE box cover, Steelbook cover, game case, poster and art book cover all use the exact same piece of artwork.
WTF? That's weak man, doesn't look very good at all.
 
Friend wants to know if the game will be downloadable at midnight. Do Nintendo ever do midnight digital releases?

What are the odds they'll have Conquest waiting for me, on the shelf, by 9am?
 
Amazon has shipped mine, I guess their estimated delivery date was off then. Yay. :-)

I wish I got that coin. It looks nice. But hey, they did send me my theme code already. It's just that I probably won't be using that theme anyway.

With official release day tomorrow, and going with the thought that retailers should already have the units for sale tomorrow ... i'd say it's depending on how lazy the retail-guys are in terms of putting the game up for display. ^^

Is it the theme that will be on sale anyway? Does anyone have a picture?
I cancelled my amazon pre-order since it was the most expensive one...

Just wondering because I know GAME have messed up pre-orders before - didn't know if they'd have seperate stock for pre-orders and another for retail use
 
Just checked with Game, although my order still says unshipped they say it shipped today (doesn't update in real time I guess) so fingers crossed for tomorrow morning.

I'm not sure what theme it is since I haven't redeemed mine, sorry. I seem to remember it being one that looks like the special edition box art but I might just be making this up.

Got e-mails from both Mediamarkt and Amazon that they shipped the CE. Since I got 2 now a friend of mine will get the second one if he doesn't want it I will probably just send the amazon one back.

Game's twitter feed is flipping hilarious. Clearly, they aren't shipping out "the last few" orders. Pretty much everyone I've talked to, subreddit, tweet, facebook post or forum thread I've read has indicated that they've not shipped to anyone yet.

I'm awaiting the inevitable "sorry" email.

This is a VERY fair offer, especially considering it'll be available for purchase anyway, I wasn't aware of that, but I'm afraid I've already owned (and sold to be fair) Street Fighter IV for 3DS, and unfortunately it wasn't exactly my thing. I hope that's okay with you. D:

I've just spoken to Game about my Special Edition ...apparently they where starting to dispatch them from 10am this morning but the system is not updating to reflect this...possibly due to the ..er site overhaul they did yesterday..glitch lets call it...

After checking my order number he said it had been dispatched and I should receive it tomorrow....WELL ....wait and see then I guess!
 
Is the eShop price for a single game known yet? Wondering if it's 50 bucks or around the 40 (thus either 45 or 36 bucks with the 10% off)

No problem, I just thought it was it was worth a try! I own a lot of themes and was about to buy the new FE ones either way.

So, I cancelled two of my pre-orders today, as I got two shipping confirmations from other sources.
I am still holding out hope for the Thalia pre-order, but I guess that one was too cheap to be true... I have to work on the weekend anyway, but monday is off and I have every intention of playing Fates non-stop.

I honestly still don't know which version to start with - Birthright was the original plan, but hearing how Conquest's story is just tge worst I wonder if I should get that out of the way first. (Will probably stick with playing Birthright first though...)

I have never gotten my game on time when I used to shop with GAME, my copy of Xenoblade Chronicles arrived a week late as did my copy of Windwaker HD.

Just Conquest? Depends on the size of your store if they'll have much free stock, way more copies of Birthright were shipped to stores than Conquest so there are probably only 2-5 to sell to people who didn't pre-order.

And yeah, my SE hasn't shipped from Game either still. All stores should have received stock if you pre-ordered in-store though (and it is pre-order only).

Hm, I may be better off just going eShop instead then - do you know if the bonus for buying the secong game (£39.99 for the first, £18.99 for the second) is only valid if you buy both at the same time?

If you mean buying both physical I don't believe there are going to be any discounts, it's just if you buy the other route as an DLC add-on for your existing copy. You may as well give it a try heading in at 9am to get a physical copy, seems Conquest is going to be far less common so it's probably going to hold a good resale value.
