Firewall: Zero Hour Devs Ready To Share Exciting PSVR News - Lords of Gaming

Firewall: Zero Hour developers First Contact Entertainment, are going to share exciting news about the franchise "very soon."

The team teased a countdown to an August 28th event, where they promised to share a “big announcement.” Today came and went with no news. Yet the team is alluding to external partners at play. Over on the Twitter account, developers First Contact Entertainment shared a happy birthday video along with the following update.

“We want to thank every Firewall player for supporting & helping us make a game we’re truly proud of. It’s been an amazing 4 years filled with stories that you helped us tell. We hoped to share some exciting news with you today, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we are not able to, at this time. We anticipate only a short delay before we are able to let everyone know what we have been up to.”

Kinda gives credence to that...Will Sony hold a PS5 / PS VR 2 event after all? I would have thought they would organize two separate showings...but then again, were they to do that, less people would tune in to follow the VR news.
