Game has massive potential to be a sleeper hit. played dead nation a couple of years ago and thought it was one of the best zombie twin stick shooter's. hoping this is a hit for the folks at Housemarque games. guys are top notch when it comes to fun arcadey gameplay. btw for those wondering who's selene's facial capture is based on.

The game looks quite good, to be honest. My favorite Housemarque game is Outland, and I haven't really been a fan of their more recent output (like Alienation, Matterfall, and Next Machina) so I'm still somewhat cautious to preorder and whatnot. I'll be sure to keep an eye out on the OT and user impressions here at launch to see if it's worth it.

As I said before Housemarque had yet to disappoint me but Returnal was something on a totally different scale compared to what they've done before. I was probably going to buy it but after this extended gameplay I'm really feeling it.

I've seen enough I think, but looking like a real sleeper hit. I would definitely drop $70 on this game. This game looks fantastic, and I couldn't be more happy with the devs raising their ambitions to this level. Bravo to the team.

I like what I am hearing and seeing but the running animation looks floaty to me, as if she is skating around weightless, that could feel really weird to control at least for me.

I have yet to play a PS5 game on my PS5 so it will either be this or Village, which probably won't showcase the hardware as much as Returnal will so I will have my eyes on this next week for sure.

This is why I only trust my gut and don't go off what people say. This game looks fucking brilliant. Genuinely want to know how the story ends, AMAZING graphics. People were saying this was ugly!? Amazing fucking gameplay, some of the best pure gameplay I've seen in years. AI is intense and looks really fun to fight. Love the player's speed and maneuverability, the animation, art direction. Plus you get a fucking sword later on!? Come on.

I had already pre-ordered after the previous 2 trailers, this gameplay just solidified, its exactly as I thought it would be and it seems effin great.

Will support housemarque for sure, and I hope it sells and reviews well so Sony will make more gameplay oriented games with good narrative and not as many story focused and gameplay second games(I like those games really much too, but triple a roguelikes and more stuff like that is always appreciated)
