DirectX 11 is perhaps a hint, although I suppose it could be the PC version. But if that was the case, that frame-rate is extremely low.
Edit: Doh! Beaten!
Shadows are too perfect for console.
more like "Prince of Egypt"

What makes you say that? There's nothing that looks particularly next-gen about it.
Yet another God of War rip off. If they can make the platforming precision based and as challenging as the Sands of Time games then I may be interested.
I'd say it could be revealed at this years VGA's as well.
Low framerates in development aren't especially uncommon.
Left 4 Dead Linux started at 6 fps and got over a hundred by the end.
Those are Egyptians.....
It's being rendered through DX11 man, what current gen PC version of an Ubi game does that?
Will the platforming be challenging though?
4) Ubi was working on a new IP for next gend that would have been like God of War meets Shadow of the Colossus. I think they have decided to make it the POP 2 remake.
Is this what that pre-E3 leak was originally supposed to tease? The one with the big dude in the shadows and the bow?
Someone sent this to me on Twitter, not sure what it could be.
Will the platforming be challenging though?
these seem related now.
Well it doesn't look like a 2008 sequel so there's a chance it will be!
Prince of Egypt.
It has a ring to it.

Well, that doesn't necessarily conflict with the story in the OP, that this was at one point a new IP that was turned into Prince of Persia.I think some Gaffer already said it's not from a new PoP game.
Because when you press a button, something awesome has to happen. Why?
Why can't they return to the glorious days of the Sands of Time, where platforming was the meat of the game?
