Tried to go next level and do 230lbs bench press, was easier than expected (I hold back a lot due to not having an spotter/assist).

+ 155lbs EZ bar curls.

I don't even know how I got there

Making mad gains since I hit 220 lbp body weight, but damn... still feel mostly horrible though. Two more weeks, then I'll cut down again.

What I'm struggling most with though is to get used to the lower intensity training and the fact that I benefit so much from it. I JUST CAN'T HANDLE IT. :messenger_tears_of_joy:
I destroyed myself for years and make not much visible gains, now I tone it down 3 notches and everything works like a charm. That ain't fair. Shut up Raven117 Raven117 :messenger_tears_of_joy:

I'll have to up my training again though. Ever since I moved my entire workout to the weekend, I miss out on all my usual bros during the week. We had long weekend this week, so I decided to do my old schedule (Thursday to Sunday) and immediately met everyone again. I missed those fuckers. Anyway, so now I decided to go more frequently again but keep my 4x per weekend session. Surprisingly AI agreed. Gonna do some fuckery sessions with low weight and perfect form of the same exercises during the week and then only go all in on the weekend. If I'm lucky, it may even assist my true weekend workout.... or so the AI said at least. Time will tell.

Well I made too much gain, so I'm back with my 7th attempt to cut since February.

But this time I won't stop until reaching 94kg / 207lbs, which is my sweet spot for good muscle mass and definition without losing too much.
