Sand Lake - Four-year-old Adrian Cole is not old enough to drive, but that did not stop him from getting behind the wheel of his mother´s 1990 Geo Prism.
Adrian left his apartment complex in the middle of the night while his mother was sleeping, driving three blocks away to the local Home Video Store.
"When the vehicle drove by it appeared as if nobody was driving you couldn´t see anyone´s head above the window."
"We were trying to figure out what was going on because they weren´t hitting the brakes when they hit the curb but the car would correct back in the lane so we knew someone was driving."
Adrian was given a ticket for driving without a license but since his mother Martina wasn´t charged in this case the ticket is dropped.
"He's 4 years old. His mom didn't even know he was up," Heugel told The Grand Rapids Press. "I don't think he even realizes what he did."
