Because my FOX network local news has the same anchors and weather people as the NBC stations local news it just comes on an hour earlier than the NBC station local news. Or are these found by people in Europe that only have national news networks and no concept of a local TV station? But what ever gets those clicks.

Probably because FOX5 (WNYW) IS owned and run by News Corp. It's not some random affiliate
