I didn't watch the ones after that Beyond "The Late Philip J. Fry" and "The Prisoner of Benda", they felt phoned in to me.
It really sucks that it's ending again...but last summer's episodes were mostly crap, so I can't blame Comedy Central. Summer 2010 had a great bunch of episodes, The Late Philip J. Fry being my favorite of the entire series.
Still...just kind of stings. It would be like finding out The Simpsons was being cancelled. Yeah it's well past its prime, but its been with me forever.
Nah, just high standards.New episodes have been great, aside from a couple misses. You people are approaching levels of gaming side cynicism.
New seasons were worth it just for The Late Phillip J. Fry. It's the best episode in the series.
Such a shame. The first season of episodes after the run were great IMO. I didn't catch last season but obviously nothing will beat seasons 1-4. I feel like watching them now.
They need to get the series on Netflix.

Not in England. My fault, I should have specified![]()
Comedy Central basically killed the show by lack of advertising soon after taking over, and making it nearly impossible to watch online. Eventually we'll reach the point where the only cartoon left is the Simpsons.
It ended 2003.
Makes some sense to me. I remember being really excited when Comedy Central picked it up, and yet I never tuned in. I liked what I saw streaming later, but despite being glad that it was there, I never was really excited for it again.
I felt the same way.
