When I tried to quote and reply to this post via mobile GAF, I get HTTP error 413: request entity too large.

Are avatars hosted on a different server? There's something wrong with mine. I even changed it, it keeps showing my old one but displays it in the dimensions of my new one.

Already tried re-uploading a new one. Not sure what's going on.

Mobile GAF just swallowed a post rather than posting it. I hope it doesn't happen to this one. I wonder if anyone will be able to read this. I could potentially post anything at all and no one would read it. It's like sending a text you instantly regret but are lucky because you get a no service error....

I wasn't around when GAF had animated avatars, so I guess I don't really know what it was like and if people liked having them, but am I the only one who honestly doesn't want to see them return? I mean, surely it makes pages too busy/messy if a lot of people have them? Like you're reading through a thread and all you can see out of the corner of your eye are animated avatars; just doesn't seem tidy to me and kind of naff.

That's just me though. I've only been a member for 8 months so...

In my case, the new one shows up on the "Edit Avatar" page, however the change isn't reflected anywhere else.

I have to refresh once or twice to get the page to come up.

I get 400 Bad Request - Request Header Or Cookie Too Large when browsing random threads or clicking to next or random pages.

EDIT: Also when originally attempting to reply to this thread, but the reply went through anyway.

EDIT 2: Same thing for the edit. It seems like the POST is registered by the server, but error 400 popped up on the refresh to the new post/edited post in the thread.

Is a problem on your side, you are sending more "data" than the server is accepting

Tweak the servers, that error should be gone now.

Yeah, the webservers are on an array, every time i need to change and reload all, and it all depends what server the load balancer assign to you.
