I remember when I was on WP7 on my Mozart, and I deleted the cookies by accident it acted in a very similar manner. Have you done the planned maintenance early dude? I thought it was planned for tonight?

Yeah, the maintenance is done.

Also mobile cookies should be fixed, but neogaf.net is broken atm (can't log in)

mobile works now on Kindle. it still errors but it logged in anyway. i also still get the error when posting. it will give the error but i can back out of it and the new post is posted.

Might not be related to the new platform, but I didn't know where else to ask: I can't login to GAF on the main site. Mobile site works fine (which is how I'm posting), but today the main website will thank me for logging in, but I'll be logged out when the forum reloads. This is on Safari - Firefox is working. Additionally, a few months ago I changed my password, and th site no longer remembered me. I'd get logged out every few minutes, regardless of activity; regardless of which browser I use. No idea if the two login problems are related to each other.

If anyone knows who I should contact about this, please shoot me a PM; apologies for the off topic. Did a search, but couldn't find a contact for individual tech issues.

i had the same issue

i checked the activity monitor and i think it's related to shockwave flash player or something like that.

Yesterday error, was an internal communication error.

To all the people who have loops in login or can't login, clear cookies and cache, i modify some params yesterday and thats why you have loops.

Ok, I'm having an issue with Gaf crashing both Chrome and Firefox constantly on my macbook. This problem started yesterday and i can't seem to figure out what the deal is. I tried clearing everything on both browsers but that didn't help... any suggestions?

Thanks Gromph. Cleared cache and cookies. I just logged in, but was logged out before I could post. Figured I was back to my old problem of not staying logged in. Logged back in and posted. But then I tried to reply to this thread, and I'm back to the problem of yesterday: logging in doesn't log me in at all now; just thanks me and loops me back to logged out GAF. Since everyone else's issue seems to be fixed, I'm not sure what's up...

Mobile has been working fine after the initial hiccup. As of today, it works but I can't login. Using a Vita. Has worked the entire time since mobile went official. I can clear my cookies but I'm not sure if this is the issue so I'm posting here incase.

I used to get the page with the old "rebirth" pic, but now I get an Error 503 (Guru Meditation - XID: 360358718 - Varnish cache server).

If I try www.neogaf.net/forum/ it loads OK; if I try www.neogaf.net it gives the 503 again.

Is your dns cache, check .com and .net have the same address.

Thanks for the reply; I found out what it was. A long time ago I added a line in my hosts file with neogaf's IP address (I don't remember what for); I deleted that line and everything works perfectly.

new mobile issue. now it is sending me to the wrong username password 5 attempts screen. tried multiple times and typing very slowly to make sure.
desktop works.

The clearing didn't necessarily help. I think I have a space after my username that I thought was a non issue but I was able to login yesterday so everything's good.

Maybe I've been extremely unlucky, but I've had posts duplicate when using the edit feature. I am positive I did not click the new post or quote button as it contained my duplicated post word for word along with the new edited characters. This has happened twice now.

Thanks for the continued efforts to squash bugs - I can now log in from Safari again, but am still being logged out frequently. The issue seems to correlate more with writing posts than with clicking around on the forum, so perhaps I'm getting timed out for perceived inactivity? No idea.

Looks like neogaf.com and neogaf.net are down. However, going direct to neogaf.com/forum/forumblahblahblah works.
