Not sure where to ask this, but is there any chance we can get the iOS icon updated? The current one being used when you pin it to the home screen doesn't look very good at all, esp. in the rounded-square app shape.
I made this one instead, which looks a lot better on the home screen imo;

I'm not an NPC. And neither are we.
So, not sure if this is related to the new platform or not, but I keep getting logged out automatically on the desktop version of the site after logging in. It goes to the "Thank you for logging in page" and then to the forums, but I'm logged out when the forums open. I'm posting this from GAF mobile, which is working fine for me. On Firefox 15.0.1 and Windows 7.

Is something wrong with the ads? I've noticed them not showing up at different times and other times them working perfectly. I'm not blocking them.

20 minutes later and no changes on my end and it starts to work perfectly again.
Firefox 15.0.1.
What's weird though is I'm now getting an ad at the top but still no ad at the bottom.
that's odd.
Are all plug-ins up to date?
I just checked for updates and restarted Firefox and it didn't fix the problem. Right now I'm getting an ad at the top of the page but the bottom one is blank. Other times the top one is blank also. It's weird.
EDIT: And now the bottom one is working. Is it possible Google is just sending me blank ads sometimes because I'm in Canada?

Getting the same problem here. Thought it could be Chrome but the same issue is happening with IE 9. I'm using Chrome without any extensions/add-ons. I'm using the latest version of Chrome; Version 22.0.1229.79 m.
I'm running a 64-bit version of Windows 7 via Bootcamp. This issue isn't happening when using the mobile app on my iPhone.
You guys think something local is causing this? The only thing I can think of is maybe a recent Windows Update...?
Can you try to left click and try to open the image in new tab and tell me what it says.

He may have meant, Right click -> view imageSure Gromph. When opening the avatar images in a new tab, it basically opens up their info page. Here's what showing up - both in Chrome and in IE.
Did you ever clear out your internet cache and cookies? If not try it.
Use CCleaner
When I <right click> (clicking on Gromph's avatar) <open image in new tab> brings me to this address: http://asset3.neogaf.com/forum/image.php?u=48070&dateline=1345551175 - basically tries to load the page then errors out.
I clear my cache on a regular basis, did it again but same result. I'm downloading CCleaner as I'm typing this. I'll give it a shot and let you know what happens.
Edit: Same results after using CCleaner.
Edit 2: My username was changed (I requested a username change) about a week ago, can that be related?

Try reloading with skipping the cache. (ctrl + Shift + R in Firefox on Windows)

I'm having the same problem. After i fill in my info, the "thanks for logging in, you'll be redirected" message appears, but once it redirects i'm still logged out. It's happening when using Neogaf.net
Thanks to this thread i learned that i could still log in using neogaf.com
I'm encountering a weird bug on windows mobile. My holiday preview event thread keeps showing up near the bottom of the first page of the games board despite not being posted in in over a day. It also says there are 117 replies in it when the thread actually has 151.
The rest of the page appears to be up to date however.
Edit: never mind appears to be a cacheing issue on my phone. Pressing the back button after entering a thread, suddenly started taking me to a really old cached version of the forum of from a minute ago.

I am having the same problem. Tried CCleaner, deleting the cache etc. It definitely is a local issue because the avatars aren't shown in Firefox or IE either. It can be the Windows update but I am not sure about it. :/
