I am sure this has been done before but I haven't seen a workstation thread recently. I was browsing through the monthly pick up thread and decided I wanted to liven up my office a bit. Here is my current set up to start things off. A little grunt from Halofest and a Master Chief bobble head. I also have a framed print and some sports stuff up on the walls.

What are some sweet gaming or entertainment related items on your desk or in your office?

OP, your avatar is awesome. Love this series to death.

On topic: My co-worker bought me this.

You seem to have a lot of office equipment that I frequently see in the office that I currently work in and I'm wondering if we work for the same company. I suppose all companies have similar office supplies.

EDIT: wait, that looks like a bedroom. nvm.

Nope that is my office. I work for Sanford Health but I am sure it is just similar equipment used by different companies.

Workplace is blocking most of the images posted in here. So I'll check later. As for me:

School Classroom.

That microwave is a nice pickup. I think I am finally going to cave and get a mini fridge soon, adding a microwave isn't a bad idea.

My desk looks a lot like yours Lanbeast (I too work for the man), at least you have a window. I have the same grunt thing as the OP as well. Can't post pics though, out of the office for most of the day.

I was lucky enough to move into this section a few months ago. Back when I started I was out on our main floor in a tiny cube and it was miserable. So much petty banter between everyone going on all around you. I'd enjoy the window a lot more if there wasn't a parking garage right outside :p.

Home office.

Robot accompaniment of course (dual-use pencil sharpener), remote control helicopter for boredom while rendering, and the standing desk makes it fun and easy to fidget.

I try not to go too crazy with the toys. I used to do that but it becomes a huge pain to dust.

Thankfully at the office they have some gnomes that come around and dust everything at night. I am thinking I would like to add something that doesn't SCREAM nerd even though the grunt and MC probably fall into that category.

Nothing really notable about my workstation except my Buckyballs hanging sculpture, which changes every week (this week it's "Staple Remover is Hungry"):

And my little stationary pedaler under the desk:

Yay! Statistics! :D

That's right. Although before the current set up, I actually used the board to keep track of assignments for that class. Also, can't really see it from the picture, but there's a mini fridge, the Millennium Falco, some Star Wars posters and the original staff from Star Wars (IV - VI) mini figures hanging on the wall.

ah right! my bad :) yeah, similar equipment it seems. I do not work there. Damn, its a shame too as I was gonna spam your inbox if we were in the same company. Still, pretty neat office you got there!

better contribute something to this thread. Home workspace is pretty much my living room sofa.

Here's my office workstation:

Window view consists of a dumpster and a couple of propane tanks. lol

Why would you do such a thing!?! haha

Allows me to have 4 needed applications visible at the same time.

So cool, I hope you play vertical shooters on those

Well, it's at work, so no gaming needed. :P

My guess is he/she is a programmer. Having your monitor like that makes it easier to go through code without the need for constant scrolling. My ex work colleague had his monitor on vertical too.

Nope, not a programmer, I help manage a ticketing system for the IT side of a manufacturing company. I need to have email up, the ticketing tool, tickets, web, and other apps. :P

Wish I had a pic of my old workstation before I came to this job. I worked in a NOC and had 4 1080p monitors horizontally with a Laptop screen in the middle.

lol, even the cat is tidied up :) Great transformation. Inspires me to fix up my home office. As for my work cube, as impressive as my six monitor setup is, I am not permitted to bring in any electronics with recording devices (audio, visual, or data). So you'll just have to picture an HP Z600 workstation with 6 NEC 19" widescreen monitors in a 2x3 grid.
